Paint panel

The mapping image specified for the current material is displayed. You can draw on this with a brush.

The display magnification of the image can be adjusted by the slider at the top.

Reload from file: It reloads the original image from the file making the editing result ineffective.
Save to file: It saves in the file.
An image loaded by Susie plug-in (32-bit only), .psd image (Photoshop) or .dds image (DirectX texture) are not saved because they load images as read-only.
Resize: It changes the size of the image.
Scroll: It scrolls the image. The value is a relative pixel to the original file image.
Effect: It applys special effects to the image.
Convert to normal map: It converts a grayscale image specified in [Material Property] > [Mapping] > [Bump] to a normal map.

Undo: It cancels the previous operation. It is same as [Undo] in the main window.
Redo: It cancels [Undo]. It is same as [Redo] in the main window.
Copy to Buffer: It temporally saves the image in buffer.
Paste from Buffer: It restores the image temporally saved in buffer and redraw the current image.
Copy to Clipboard: It transfers the image to the clipboard.
Paste from Clipboard: It transfers the image from the clipboard.

Realtime update: Even in the middle of drawing by drag, it shows the result in 3D display. A response for a mouse operation becomes slow.

Edit: Select the mapping image to edit. Editing with the brush applies to all checked mapping images. If you uncheck it, you can not edit with the brush.
Display: Switch the mapping image displayed on the panel.

Only the mapping specified an image in [Material property] can be selected. If no image is specified, it will be grayed out.

When the button, [Palette] or [Brush], [Color] is pressed, the display / non-display of each tool panel is switched.

Specify the brush type and color.

Pen

It is a brush which select the shape of the pen. Adjust the brush size in [Size] and the drawing interval of the pen tip in [Interval].

Figure

Load an image file and use it as a brush.

Paint

Fill areas of the same color. You can adjust the range considered to be the same color with [Range].

Texture

Paste the loaded image into the mapping image. Unlike the [Figure] brush, it is not affected by the drawing color.

Power

Adjust the color density of the brush. When you lower the power, it becomes a translucent brush.

Select the brush drawing color.

A - Select a drawing color for [Alpha] map. 1.00 is opaque and 0.00 is transparent.
B - Select the drawing color for [Bump] map. The smaller the number, the deeper the dent.

You can register the selected color to the palette.

Sel - Select a color registered in the palette.
Rep - Replace the palette color to the current drawing color.
Del - Delete the selected color from the palette.
Load - Load a palette file (.mqp) and replace it with the current palette.
Save - Export the current palette to a palette file (.mqp).
