It sets up showing or hiding of each panel.
If you want to move a panel, drag a title bar of a panel.
When a panel approaches the edge of the main window, it docks with the main window. A panel docked with the main window can be separated by dragging the title bar. And when you press Ctrl key, the panel will not dock.
Right-click on the title bar to display a menu. If [Dockable] is unchecked, a panel will not dock with the main window.
